Entry left open since I know Mega-mun comes by pretty often, but isn't actually on my f-list yet. Alright, now due to my hiatus over at DDD Bass hasn't really been commenting anywhere. I was wondering if we could make this an IC plot point somehow? Like, maybe he's been MIA for some reason, likely one of his own choosing (if Bass wants to disappear, he'll disappear). I'm posting this because, while I've got the small idea forming, I don't know what the finer points could be yet. So I'm asking you two.

What do you think? Any ideas on how to refine this, or where to take it?

It's amazing what can be fixed, in my mind anyway, by some things happening like old times.


On another note, I've been failing at DDD lately, but I hope to pick it up soon XD; Shouldn't need a hiatus or anything, I hope, although I was thinking about it.

Oh yeah, totally failed NaNoWriMo. I want to continue the story though, so we'll see how that goes.

I love my past self. Okay, so I've been sitting here for the past half hour or so trying to find a good image for a new icon idea. I'm getting frustrated by this point because I had it, and then I forgot where it was. So I'm scanning through other pictures from the same time and.. apparently the me from 2007 decides to throw a curveball.

I found this. I have been looking for that image for a YEAR now, and I'd originally thought it lost. I can't believe that I'd saved it after all.

It's that picture that I talk about in this one, by the way. And when Christmas comes around at DDD Giro's going to do the same thing he did last year and deliver gifts to his friends, I'm so using that image up there for an icon.

So, for the first time ever I'm attempting NaNoWriMo. So far I've got about 1345 words (which is pretty good if you ask me, since I only started an hour ago or so xDD ). Maybe I can actually do it. Wish me luck, guys!

It took me FOREVER to think of a topic for my novel, though x__X I finally went with an off-LJ RP plotline that only a small handful of people would ever be interested in reading, or even get, but it's not like I'm writing with the public in mind XD

Besides that, icon has it oh so right. Halloween at work yesterday was MURDER, and today was a shift that went on much too long on its own. I hate floor moves. I know, whine whine bitch bitch blahblahblah. You know how they say "put your nose to the grindstone"? Well I feel like the grindstone caught my hair, dragged me up into the machinery and turned me into CB!powder. Just add water; I make delightful biscuits. Seriously though, breaktime for me, and I'm happy for it.


Ennnh. I've got comments on the love meme to get to and tags to do, and modly stuff to attempt to do at another RP, and things to write and a new RP journal to furnish, and to check what the hell you get from the Gaia event and... Blah. I'll get to it later tonight. Right now all I'm going to do is veg on the couch for a while. ...And Firefox does not recognize "veg" as a misspelled word. That's randomly amusing xDD

I almost want to be part of their cast, over at DDD. There's problems, sure, but it'd be nice to be a part of it. Even if I never will actually app in.


You know, this will be my first Halloween skipped since... well, ever. But I just don't have the interest to go to any clubs or anything, or do something with my younger relatives. At least I can still do something online, if that counts for anything.


I forgot how much fun MM Battle and Chase was xDD ...Even if I'm not very good at it. Well, scratch that. I am good at it, just only when I'm driving Bass' car. Huh, imagine that. I kept getting my butt kicked by Protoman earlier, though ~_~ Apparently he's still pissed I took his engine from the last time we raced. XD

I pretty much just accidentally moved "Phineas and Ferb Get Busted" waaaaaayyy up in the canon than where it's supposed to be, over at DDD. I guess that's technically alright, because it can more or less be placed anywhere since as far as IC!Phineas is concerned, it all happens off-screen. And I have a follow-up post in mind anyway that'll sum up his real part in that episode...

*sigh* Oh well. I've kind of been going back and forth between production order and airing order of the episodes anyway, since there's no real clear-cut list of "this is the order of P&F episodes no matter what". So yeah. Amyjack, we may get to the Love Handel episode earlier than originally projected xDD

There's also a Halloween event going on at DDR (that'd be disney_dress) that I plan on taking FULL advantage of >3


Aside from that, I'm glad I get to take a breather from work for a few days (yesterday's events notwithstanding, sort of). ...Even if that means doing chores today. At least I can put on some music while I do them, eh? Or a movie or two.


Also eeee, Astro Boy movie comes out soon. I can't wait ♥


Oh yeah, one more thing. Took some neat photos at a historical site I went to the other day. Hopefully I can post them soon.

This ongoing thread between Phineas and Azula is going a long way towards cheering me up. That, and having to essentially immerse myself in his canon to put up a Profile/HMD post.

Well, I've officially apped gonnadoitall to DDD. Wish me luck guys!

Also, I got some new FF9 icons today (as you can see). I've been seeing so much of it around lately, it's really making me wish I could play it right now xD Especially since I never DID finish it (my copy had a weird glitch anyway). Maybe I'll be able to get it soon (assuming I'm not given it first, I know someone who had it in mind).


Not much else to say. I've got a full day planned tomorrow, and I've pretty much finalized the checklist of things to bring to my mom's next week. Since I'm not going by train I'm totally bringing my fishing pole xD (Because, yes, fishing is an option down there) Oh! Remember those turnip greens I mentioned? I finally cooked them, and they turned out awesome. I've also got an experimental idea in mind for a take on s'mores, so I'll let you know how that turns out too.

This one's going to post over at disney_dress eventually (which reminds me Saft, want Jake on that Mission: Impossible post of Rose's?), probably once I feel more comfortable with his voice. Speaking of RP, I'm slowly getting things done that I need to over at DDD (like removing Mega's stupid virus xD ). Hopefully that includes making sure my guys pass activity check god I know I mention that every entry, shut up :P


Got another badge in Diamond today. Oh and did I mention that my Buneary evolved? I now have a level 33 Lopunny. A level 33 male Lopunny. I love that, randomly xDD


Ugh my head hurts.

Looks like I'm going my mother's from the 27th to the 3rd. Still over my birthday like before, I just go down earlier because of some track maintenance from the 28th to the 1st. Now I just have to talk my ride into taking me halfway (where I can then meet my mother xD ) so I can save on a train ticket >.>


I'm getting tired of Firefox 3.5's "A script on this page has been stopped due to a low memory condition" although granted, a part of that is also my computer's fault (when I use my Google-fu on the problem, people who see the message are running things my computer can only DREAM of, so it's essentially having less memory to work with in the first place). I know how NOT to bring it up (psh like I ran Photoshop and Firefox together often anyway) so I'll just deal with it until something's done about it. It's enough of a minor annoyance that nothing bigger will be done, at least by me xD

Wow, LJ is being stupid and slow today. I hope it turns up better later on, because I've got a bunch of tagging to do. (Especially with networkbattler over at DDD, whom I've recently been posting more with <3 )

I've recently restarted Diamond and... wow my team is so cutesy-wutesy right now XDXD Sort of. Right now I have: Buneary (a male, named Jingles), Pachirisu (Sonata), Prinplup (Rock), Staravia (Lan), Ponyta (Echo), and Onix (Jack). As for where I'm at in the game, I just got my second badge.


My cat has recently become enamored with my Inuyasha hat (fleece, white, has two pointed ears on it). She treats it like a kid treats a blankie XD Only.. she doesn't drag it anywhere, yet, but that's because she hardly moves. As I type though, she's passed out on top of it, and yesterday she was kneading/sucking on it. It's cute and all but dammit Smokie, that's my favorite hat. xD

My hips hurt, as do my lower legs. I honestly can't tell if it's from work today or the hell psoriasis has been putting me through lately (which doesn't technically hit the bones, usually, but my legs NEVER not hurt or itch). Either way, can I just wheel myself around the apartment tomorrow? XD;;

You know, while I definitely want to go into some sort of career where I can use my hands, apparently I could do a bang-up job at designing burlesque outfits too. I'm not even in that sort of scene, but I love coming up with designs and according to Wolfeh I could pull it off XDXD Don't think I haven't thought about doing fashion design before. Just maybe not that... particular area. XD

Going in that vein of thought, here's something specifically going out to Styx (who wasn't online at the time this happened xD ), just for the lulz. Others may like it too, I dunno XD The context is that Manta was getting hit with songs that reminded her of Kaito on her randomized WMP, then I got hit with Lady Marmalade, which always puts me in the mind of a character of mine dressed in burlesque gee I wonder WHY.

Note to self: Never do that again. Sleep before you get online, because if you sign off to take a nap you will wind up sleeping FOUR HOURS LONGER THAN YOU MEANT and miss all your friends.


Some small consolation, I guess, is that I've gotten my paycheck, even though it's a few cents shy of $150. And out of the $70 that I get to use, there's this neat little fountain I want to get from work. It's only $11 (thank you, clearance section) and it's a dragon. I should take pictures for you guys.


Speaking of, I've got to finish Jake's app for DDD and my AU Bass's app for Webscape. The latter looks to be the easier one despite the AUness; Jake's app is kicking my ass @___@
